This afternoon Teresa will guide you through renowned cuisine from Tuscany from her own experience of life in rural Italy.
Using fresh and simple ingredients from the kitchen garden, Teresa will demonstrate glorious crisp and salads with dressings, delicious breads, slow cooked tender joints with seasonal vegetables. You will have a go at making rustic breads and more.
The session will be rounded off with a traditional Italian pudding. This is part demo part hands-on, round the big kitchen table session.

We finish the early evening off dining on your cookery delights.
